DiPrete Expands into Massachusetts

Massachusetts is in high demand for DiPrete Engineering’s expertise in engineering, surveying, and planning.  Just take a look at the map, and you will see the firm’s presence has grown substantially in the past three years.  Offering its services in the commercial, industrial, residential, and municipal markets, DiPrete has established a significant footprint across the Commonwealth.

“We’ve seen an increase of approximately 150% over the past three years,” said Brian Timm, a Senior Project Manager at DiPrete Engineering, who leads the firm’s Dedham, Massachusetts office. “Since expanding into the market, we’ve had several great opportunities to build relationships with other Massachusetts firms.  We’re demonstrating our expertise in the field, which has led to new endeavors and more business.”

Some notable Massachusetts projects include assisting with the construction of a new library in Eastham, designing a new public safety facility in Sharon, assisting with the renovation design of a church in Needham, re-development of a car dealership in Watertown, and construction of a mixed use development in Waltham.

And, there’s more on the way.  This year, DiPrete will be working on the development of multiple hotel projects inside the 495 beltway and the redevelopment of a suburban shopping center.

“We expect to see continued growth as our relationships evolve,” said Timm. “As we continue to demonstrate our commitment to client service with technically sound projects and cost effective solutions, the results will speak for themselves.”
