Q: How long have you worked at DiPrete and what made you decide to start a career there?

A: I started at DiPrete a little over three years ago. I was a stay-at-home mom for 10 years and decided it was time to go back to work. When I came in for my interviews, I noticed such a warm and friendly environment so I knew this would be a great place to work.

Q: What tasks are involved in your role as Accounting Clerk?

A: I’m involved in various roles here at DiPrete. My main responsibility is accounts payable, including vendor updates. In addition, I assist accounts receivable in various tasks and help support the front office by answering phones and greeting clients.

Q: How has your role evolved since you first started working with the firm?

A: I have taken on many new tasks since I was hired. I now assist Human Resources by helping with payroll and renewing employees’ professional licenses and associations.

Q: What do you enjoy most about DiPrete Engineering?

A: I would have to say the best part about working at DiPrete is the people. It’s very comforting to be around everyone. You want to work hard there knowing how much you are appreciated.

Q: What are some of your hobbies outside of work?

A: Being a Mom, outside of work, I am usually at various sports games or practices. I like to cook and my family seems to enjoy that. I also enjoy decorating my house during the holidays. When I have time, I enjoy making crafty floral arrangements.
