DiPrete Engineering worked closely with Meridian Homes to survey, engineer, and permit this 35-lot subdivision in North Attleborough. The development plan called for 3,700 linear feet of roadway accessed from two points off Allen Avenue terminated by a loop road with two cul-de-sacs. The site is bound by an abandoned railroad and a large wetland complex. Two wetland crossings provide access to the majority of the 1.5-acre home sites. The homes are serviced by public water and private sewage disposal systems. Permits were obtained from the Planning Board, Conservation Commission, Department of Public Works, and Board of Health.
