Construction is underway on the next phase of Highlands at Hopkins Hill, a residential condominium community in Coventry, Rhode Island. Located near Dante Boulevard and Stephanie Drive, the project will add 66 residential units across approximately 13.6 acres, continuing the development of this long-established neighborhood.
DiPrete Engineering is proud to support D2 Homes, led by Robert and Beau DeBlois, through the planning, permitting, design, and construction of the new phase. The firm has provided land surveying, civil engineering, permitting, utility design, stormwater management, roadway design, erosion and sediment control planning, regulatory approvals, and ongoing construction-related support throughout the project.
Designed to integrate seamlessly with previously approved and constructed phases, the development includes new roadway and utility infrastructure, stormwater quality improvements, and other site enhancements that will support the continued growth of the community. Careful coordination between the project team and regulatory agencies helped advance the project from concept through construction while maintaining alignment with local and state requirements.
“We’re pleased to see construction underway on the next phase of Highlands at Hopkins Hill,” said Robert DeBlois of D2 Homes. “This project reflects years of planning and collaboration, and we’re proud to continue working with DiPrete Engineering and the rest of the project team to expand a community that has become a sought-after place to live in Coventry.”
As work progresses, DiPrete Engineering continues to collaborate closely with D2 Homes, William Anthony Excavating, and the broader project team to help deliver a high-quality residential development that meets the needs of future residents and the surrounding community.
